Not much to write home about this month. A few series started or continued and a whole month without a film ...
Vigil (2021) - BBC Drama Series |
Six part drama, which I'm halfway through. Tense, exciting and claustrophobic with a murder investigation taking place on a submarine. Spies, spooks, military, police and lots of conflict, secrets and agendas. Hopefully, I can sort out some iPLAYER issues and get this watched.

Brokenwood (2014 - ) NZ Drama |
Seven series so far, but I don't have a clue where I am with this. This show which I like airs regularly on one of my random satellite channels. I like the team of cops and it's an easy watch. One I'll continue with without worrying over whether I've caught every episode.

Limetown (2019) - TV Drama Series |
Well that was a crushing disappointment with the whole thing falling flatter than a pancake, one that had just been run over by a 10t steamroller.
Great start, interesting premise, inevitable tail-off and mid-series lull and then an ending that wasn't really an ending, because no one involved obviously knew how the story finished. so we create a bit of drama with no answers that we will either figure out in Series 2 if we get a renewal or we get cancelled and no one will give a shit.
6 or 7 hours of my life I'll never get back.
